Post Complete Web Enabled Callshop Solution 
Ascent Telecom provides complete Callshop Solution that comprises features like:

1. Callshop Addition / Edit
2. Booth management including adding booths, editing booths
3. PIN & Account Generation
4. PIN & Account Recharge (Refund)
5. Apply desired Rates to Accounts & PINs
6. Add unlimited callshops and unlimited booths under them
7. Add unlimited rate tables and apply different rate table to different booths, accounts, callshops, carriers and others.
8. Create unlimited number of Resellers (or callshops or accounts) under you who in-turn can create further unlimited number of resellers (or callshops or callshops)
9. Live CDRs for calls
10. Real-time profit calculation for each call and display of profit in CDR
11. Put restrictions for callshop owners by using Access Rights and provide access to only those features that are useful to them.

The Callshop solution comes with following capabilities:
1. Supports SIP, H.323 and works with codecs G.723 and G.729
2. Support protocol conversion. This is useful in cases where if you have SIP devices and you want to use H.323 carrier or vice-versa.
3. Completely web enabled. Service provider (that is you), Callshop owners and Callers - all get independent secure web login to view online CDRs and manage other features accordingly.
4. Same platform supports tremendous increase in traffic. No need to change the solution with increasing traffic and increasing callshops.
5. Private Label the callshop solution interface as per your company logo and your company name.
6. Supports any standard H.323 and SIP devices. Worked excellently with:

The callshop solution can be used in either of the following two modes:

1. IVR Based Callshop (Also Called as IPIVR or Prepaid Callshop) - The flow in such a callshop is:
a. Caller enters the callshop
b. Buys PIN & Account from the callshop operator c. Enters any booth d. Picks the receiver of IP device in the booth (maybe Linksys PAP2, Sipura
etc)
e. Hear an IVR asking the caller to enter the Account Plus PIN number
f. After entering the Account Number & PIN, the IVR prompts the caller to enter the destination number where he/she wish to call
g. After dialing the destination number the cal is connected and caller talks
h. While the caller is talking the system deducts the balance in real-time from the account number & PIN.
i. If the caller disconnect the calls before the remaining balance reaches zero then he goes to the call shop operator and takes his/her remaining money refund.
j. If the call is disconnected because the remaining balance reached zero then the caller goes to callshop operator has to get refund (or recharge) in his account to again make further call using the account.

2. Non-IVR Based Callshop (Also knows as Postpaid Mode) - The flow for such a callshop is as follows:
a. Caller enter the callshop
b. Enter the booth
c. Picks the receiver (of the IP Device) and on hearing the dial tone enter the destination number to talk. An account number and PIN has already been configured on this device.
d. After call is complete, the callshop owner checks the CDR from his login on web and take the money

BUY or HOST
========
The complete Callshop solution is a web based. You do not need to setup any special software or hardware for it. There are 2 ways in which you may use it:

1. You buy the complete callshop solution. In this case you will be required to put normal Pentium machines and we will setup the whole callshop solution on that. After that you can access your callshop from anywhere on web and manage your whole business.

2. You decide to use our hosted callshop solution. We have already saved on your cost by putting up the callshop solution on our servers in dedicated co-location in USA. You will given a secure independent login to access and manage your whole business.

Both the approaches have their advantages and limitations:
1. If you buy the complete solution then you will have all your data and all accounts, all rates, carrier details etc on your own servers. Also if you buy the solution then you can add more VoIP services later anytime in that by simply buying software modules from us and thus growing in business. This also gives you flexibility in using your own carriers to terminate calls at good rates.

2. If you decide to use Hosted option then the only difference you get is that you do not need to invest in Pentium machines. Our hosted callshop solution is backed by our own Tier 1 routes at the backend for clear call termination.
