Perhaps you know that recently Moon Networks had been attacked by Hacker. Our CRM Server, Domain Server and our client’s server had been attacked by hacker. He (hacker) collects information (IP & Pass) from our CRM Server and then he hacked our Clients VoipSwitch server and deletes their all valuable data. We (our clients and us) lost approximately 20,000,000.00 Taka by this dangerous hacking.
We want to bring your kind attention that one of our collocation providers “MULTACOM” checked the log of our CRM Server which OS was Linux and found this unauthorized IP 114.31.3.77 was logged in our server and delete all valuable data. Enclosed here with please find reference email (log details) from Multacom.
We search the IP owner and found this IP was distributed by SMILE BD ISP which is situated in Dhaka. SMILE BD is a sister concern of BDCOM. Here is their (SmileBD) email reply against our query:

Once we got all evidence against Digicom/Softworld for this hacking, Moon Networks sent “Complaint Letter” at 10/03/2010 to Diginet/Softworld with all reference and evidence. They received our complaint letter but unfortunately we didn’t get any reply from them.
So we are requesting all of our partners and associates please avoid any kind of business deal with this company and this person to make our VoIP field more secure and smoother.
