We just lowered our costs to Venezuela Proper.
We are passing the lower costs to our customers.
Now we can give you Venezuela proper at USD 1.8c per minute 30/6 billing with a minimum of 30k minutes daily.

Hi,
If you can do it 1.5c then i can be able to send 10000 traffic per day.
billing 6/6 and payment term is ve4 or post pay.

pls let me know your decision.
