He mentions his name as Carlos Rodriguez and deals through hotmail ID broadbandtelecombuyer@hotmail.com . He tries to add anonymous IPs by requesting through MSN only.

Make sure you do not add any IP which is provided online. The IP addition must be done only after request through email which you need to countercheck through calling us on below contact numbers & email from your BTI Account Manager through our registered domain- @broadbandtele.net

Also note that we have IP range of 204.9.201.64 to 204.9.201.95 only. Do not accept any IP out of this range without written request from us.
