Web CallBack

Our Web Callback Service allows users to make long-distance calls from inside the service provider's web-site. The webpage is configured to interact with the web callback module using web service. Once the callback server receives the request & it initiates a callback to the user's phone and to the destination number specified by the user. When the user answers, the callback server automatically dials the destination number and connects both call legs.
How Its work
• A. User login request for web interface to Callback server.
• B. Callback server authorizes user.
• C. Callback server initiates a call to origination number through voip gateway.
• D. Callback server initiates a call to destination number through voip gateway.
E-mail CallBack

The E-mail Callback Service lets email users to set-up long-distance calls by sending an email message to the Adore callback platform. The email message contains the user's account information as well as the destination number that the user wishes to call. Once the callback server receives the message, it initiates a callback to the user's phone. When the user answers, the callback server automatically dials the destination number and connects both call legs.
How it works:
• A. User sent detailed email to email server.
• B. Callback server receives the email from email server through internet.
• C. Callback server authorizes the user from mail details.
• D. Callback server initiates a call to origination number through voip gateway.
• E. Callback server initiates a call to destination number through voip gateway.


SMS Callback

The SMS Callback Service allows GSM mobile phone users to initiate long-distance calls by sending a SMS (short message service) text message to GSM Modem/Gateway. The SMS message contains the destination number that the user wishes to call. Once the callback server receives the message, it SMS CallBack service a callback to the user's mobile phone or to any other number specified by the user. Once the user answers, the callback server automatically dials the destination number and connects both calls together.
How it works:
• A. Mobile user sends SMS to sms gateway.
• B. Callback server receives SMS from sms gateway.
• C. Callback server authorizes the user.
• D. Callback server initiates a call to origination number through voip gateway.
• E. Callback server initiates a call to destination number through voip gateway.

ANI Callback

The ANI Callback Service lets users to set-up long-distance calls by calling on a access number. User need to dial an access number, CallBack server disconnects the call automatically and calls back to user if he is an authorized user, and asks for dialling destination number.
How it works:
• A. Initiating a call from User to Access Number.
• B. Recieving Call on Access Number.
• C. Authorizing the user based on ANI.
• D. Initiate the call to originating number using voip gateway.
• E. Initiate the call to destination number using voip gateway.
