Post Callshop Solution 
ArrowBox is a all-in-one Callshop Solution.

Ideal for Callshops and Cybercafes, ArrowBox is small hardware device which contains full Billing system within it. You only need to connect your small VoIP gateway to it (like Quintum or Cisco) and Callshop is fully operational. It is accessible via web browser, and can run even when your PC is down thus making it very stable solution. There are no harddrives in the box, which makes it also very affordable.

It was first presented in 2007 VON Fall Show in Boston, October 2007.

* Three level access:
o Root administrator for setting up the system and performing configuration;
o Local administrator for managing operations, setting up call rates, collecting summary information;
o Operator - for daily operations.
* All functions accessible from any PC with web browser - no installation needed;
* Real time prepaid/postpaid billing;
* Live display of calls, lines, amounts and durations;
* Upload of buy and sell rates, multiple currencies;
* PSTN backup rate feature with optional surcharge;
* RADIUS compliant - supports industry standard devices like Quintum A, AS and Cisco small gateways;

Administrator functions:

* Add, view, edit, delete any number of operators;
* Upload rate tables for sell and buy, in any currency. Supported various call increment setting, various billing increments (1/1, 60/3, 60/60, x/x);
* Block any unwanted destination;
* Group multiple destinations in a group for easier management;
* Add, view, edit, delete callshop booth lines (ports) by ANI;
* Display call details and call summary reports by any date range and any given destination;
* Set currency exchange rates;
* Add , edit new gateways in the shop;

Operator functions:

* View states of each lines and live call progress;
* Activate/ deactivate lines;
* Post payments (credits);
* Search and View call rates;
* Generate call detail reports.
