Post Analysis tool for wholesale market
Hi all, I've developed an interesting tool for VoP traffic routing, related with cost and quality of service.

This tool inputs 1) a bundle of international voice price lists and 2) a prevision of outgoing traffic. Applying multi-objective algorithms, performs the following analysis:
1)best min cost strategy, for both first and second choices;
2)best max QoS strategy, for both first and second choices;
3)calculus of Pareto boundary;
4)best strategy at given cost, for both first and second choices;
5)best strategy at given QoS, for both first and second choices;
6)geographical statistical analysis on cost and Qos;
7)sensitivity analysis on cost and quality.

Notice that the points 3, 4 and 5 are no trivial as the others.

A working paper is available at http://www.poderico.it/bestprice. If you want, I can send you also a complete version of the software for free.

I'm open to any kind of collaboration.

For any question contact me at amministrazione@poderico.it

Best regards,
Luigi Poderico
